Slacklining is the art of balancing on a flat line of webbing between two tensioned anchor points, making it bouncy and stretchy, proving a real challenge for most in being able to stay on the line.

Slacklining has evolved as an extreme sport which has developed different styles and tricks, however the same basic principles apply for all slackliners…balance on a line and do it as long, high, and in as many different ways as you can!Working on your core stability, balance is an integral part of human life.

Without it we could’t walk, run, or even stand. Slacklining as we know it today, grew from a bunch of climbers balancing on chains around car parks in California in the late 1970’s, and it’s still here today.
